STEL (°1965)
Used to be in the Hardcore Punk band 'Subversion' (with which he recorded two songs for a compilation album) and wrote for underground magazines 'Het Schandaal', 'Metallised' and 'Rumble'. Now he's a member of the Metal band Starspawn and of the Industrial Metal Techno project UNK!.
As a teenager Stel was a really hard core Punk fan. Over the years his taste widened a lot and now he's into Metal, Rock, Old School Hardcore, 70's and 80's Punk, Ska Punk, Rock, Wave, Stoner, Grunge and Industrial. He's also very interested in Japanese stuff (Outrage, X, etc...) and he's not afraid of controlled doses of Techno either. He's not particularily fond of Psychedelic stuff and he too hates Country music (who invented that anyway?) and Celine Dion.

FOOB (°1967)
Has been writing in underground magazines ever since he was fifteen. Wrote for 'Total Blur', 'Metallised', 'Whiplash' and 'Rumble'. He became a member of the Metal band Starspawn and is still participating in the Industrial Metal Techno project UNK!.
Even as a young teenager Foob listened to stuff like Kiss, AC/DC, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath and Motörhead. His taste widened with the years, so he now likes to listen to nearly all kinds of Rock and Metal but also to Classical, Contemporary classical, Polyphony, Techno and Blues. Even by widening his musical taste further, Country music and Celine Dion will never be included.
Foob has participated to Dakka Dakka for over 10 years, but is now no longer an active presence since he became a father and since his professional carreer as webdesigner and more recently also as the manager of the design team at LBi Belgium became ever more time consuming.

WITH THE AID OF:
Dakka Dakka wouldn't be on air if it weren't for the technicians who take care those vicious little buttonsthat need to be pushed and sliders that need to be, well, slided.
We would like to thank Tom Tassignon and Rosalien Ollevier who have been helping us out for long periods of time in the past.
